Our personal vision stems from my childhood in Newark NJ, where I witnessed the effects of poverty and decay on the buildings and communities around me. I dreamed of changing the appearance and the conditions of the homes, schools, and neighborhoods that I grew up in. This dream inspired me to pursue a career in demolition and construction, and to create a company that can make a positive difference in the environment and the society.
